COOKING STEPS
烹煮步驟
STEP 1.
Combine the ingredients for the "Soul Sauce" in a bowl in sequence, stir well, and set aside.
STEP 2.
Heat a flat-bottomed pan, slide the part of the pork belly with the most fat into the pan. When some oil is released, place the entire piece of pork belly in the pan. Pan-fry both sides until golden brown. Then, use kitchen shears to cut it into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
STEP 3.
Take another pot and bring water to a boil. Add the "A-SHA Meteor Noodles" (cook for about 8 minutes), then drain and set aside.
STEP 4.
Finally, add some oil to the flat-bottomed pan, heat it, and sauté the minced garlic and sliced onions. Then, add the red carrot strips, cucumber strips, canned kimchi, and the cooked "Shooting Star Noodles" in sequence. Pour the prepared "Soul Sauce," add scallion strips and the pork belly. Stir everything well and serve in a bowl. Sprinkle some seaweed strips and white sesame seeds on top of the cooked noodles, and you're done!
