COOKING STEPS

STEP 1.
Start by slicing the garlic and set it aside. Sprinkle pink Himalayan salt and black pepper on the beef.
STEP 2.
Take a skillet, heat a bit of olive oil, and pan-fry the beef over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Remove from the pan, cut the beef into pieces, and set aside.
STEP 3.
Next, add the sliced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant. Add the diced beef to the pan, and introduce butter for added flavor. Pan-fry the diced beef until it reaches a medium doneness (about 70%) and set aside.
STEP 4.
Boil water in another pot, cook the Meteor Noodles (approximately 8 minutes), lift the noodles, drain them, and place them in an empty bowl. Mix in the sauce from the Asher Meteor Stir-fry Noodles - Fried Sauce packet and stir evenly.
STEP 5.
Using the skillet again, fry one egg to a semi-cooked state. Plate the beef and semi-cooked egg on top of the noodles, and you're done!
